Vollor Vollor & Herring, PLLC is based in Vicksburg, Mississippi and conveniently located one block from the Warren County Courthouse. Frank Vollor began the firm in 2009 after retiring as the Warren County Circuit Judge. Since that time, Tracie D. Herring and Valera J. Vollor have joined the firm to now have the “wisdom of age coupled with the enthusiasm of youth”.
